The menu is inspired by his travels and is focused on the best local and seasonal produce sourced from Shropshire, Cheshire & the Welsh Borders.
Stuart and Frances opened Docket No.33 in August 2017, with a goal to create a space where people can enjoy great food and service in a relaxed environment.
In October 2019, Docket No.33 was recognised by the Michelin Guide and was awarded a Plate in the 2020 Guide.
The menu changes frequently, along with the availability of the freshest ingredients.
