Olive Tree Brasserie, Chester
You will find Olive Tree Brasserie on Chester’s historic Watergate Street Rows. The venue boasts some great views of the city street for people watching and has a super stylish interior.
They’re part of an independently owned group that have become well known for their upmarket destinations for Mediterranean food. This gorgeous Greek inspired restaurant launched in Chester in 2016 and won an award for being the city’s Best Large Restaurant shortly after!
The food here is just gorgeous. There seems to be endless options on the menu, and they cater well for all mealtimes, from breakfasts & brunches to lunch & dinner. We usually try and give some highlights from the menu, but it’s difficult to choose when you look at theirs. They have many famous Greek dishes from Dolmades, Moussaka. Lamb Kleftiko and even Fish & Chips with a Greek twist! If you’re struggling to make a choice like us, then they also offer a Meze Banquet which gives you a true taste of the Med without the difficult decisions!
They’re proud to be very Vegan friendly at Olive Tree. So if you’re vegan or just enjoy the diet there will be plenty of choice for you.
They import much of their produce directly from Greece, from the food to the beers, wines & spirits. One of the things we recommend you try is the Septem lager. Septem have a microbrewery in Greece that create a selection of unpasteurised beers – one for each day of the week! And its of course available on the bar at Olive Tree. Alongside the super lager there are some fab exotic cocktails (We love the Greekstar Martini!), and some super Greek wines.
They run some pretty epic offers throughout the week too, including Meze Mondays, Wine & Dine Wednesdays and Thirsty Thursdays! Check out their deals below.
The team here are brilliant. They’re super hosts all with a strong passion for the product they offer and the service they deliver.
Embrace your taste of the med any day of the week, any time of the year. We assure you you’ll feel like you’re right in Greece when dining or sipping back a cocktail here.
