Paysan is a wine bar located on Bridge Street Row, in the heart of Chester.
As well as the fine selection of wines you would expect to find here, there are always snacks and cheeses available to compliment your wine. Hot food, rotisserie chicken with frites, is also served from noon between Wednesday and Sundays.
And if you’re more in the market for a coffee, Paysan has you covered there too – high-roast Italian (espresso-blend) coffee, perfect for lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites as well as a good, honest, black coffee. This, of course, is served throughout the evening (long after most other coffee shops have closed).
Paysan is open from noon till 11pm every day (10pm on Sundays).
