HANOI SOCIAL VIETNAMESE STREET FOOD CONCEPT OPENS IN CHESTER THIS OCTOBER

I cannot wait for all-new Hanoi to open its doors in Chester later on this month. From the team behind the super-successful 9 Elephants Thai Drink & Dine, Hanoi is a Vietnamese street food concept that promises to serve exciting, flavourful dishes served with regional flair & authentic ingredients cooked by Vietnamese chefs. Think summer rolls, pho, bahn mi, griddled skewers, stir-fried morning glory and zesty, spicy salads. Served fresh and vibrant, all dishes will be available with gluten-free & vegan options.

PROVIDENCE GIN, A CELEBRATION OF THE RICH HERITAGE OF CHESTER ARRIVES ON ‘INDIE STREET’ THIS NOVEMBER

Chester’s Indie Street welcomes a brand-new resident this November. Providence Gin’s guests will be stepping back in time to enjoy a totally unique experience in a building steeped in history and heritage.
Originally constructed in the 13th century, the present God’s Providence House was built in 1652. The name is reputed to come from it being the only house to have escaped the outbreak of plague in 1647–48 which killed 2,000 people in the city.

Artezzan’s epic story started back in 2020 when Stuart Murphy, Paul Mcdermott and Jim Dorrington came together to create a unique dining experience in Chester, at a time when the country was in lockdown. The trio wanted to create a restaurant proposition at the top end of the casual dining market to offer unrivalled choice and service that made everyone involved, including the team and the guests, feel like they were part of a family.
